Unusually, the jury of five women and seven men heard evidence of the Italian murder but did not have to establish his guilt for it. But it decided the "striking similarities" meant Restivo was the murderer of both women 1, miles away from each other and nine years apart. The court heard that next to Miss Claps' body there were locks of her own hair. Is feel for those who have lost property and loved ones. I have absolutely no sympathy for those who have prevented the proper care of their forests and wild lands. I have contempt for those who attempt to lay the blame on global warming although they now call it climate change. All that one needs to do is to look at the records of past temperatures, precipitation, and frequency of wildfires to see that very little if anything has changed. When people move into forested areas and are prevented from clearing enough land so as to prevent fires from engulfing their property what else should they expect but to from time to time to be burnt out. This has happened in the past and will continue to happen in the future.
